Although the property’s mailing address is Buford, GA, it is situated within the city limits of Braselton. Nearby attractions include Château Élan Winery & Resort,Mulberry RiverWalk, Thompson Mills Forest/State Arboretum, and Braselton Town Green.
What floor plan options are available, and what is the average size of each apartment?
We offer 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom floorplans. The average sizes are 898 sq. ft. for a 1-bedroom, 1,153 sq. ft. for a 2-bedroom, and 1,414 sq. ft. for a 3-bedroom.
Do you offer furnished or short-term lease options?
We do not offer furnished apartments; however, we do offer short-term leases ranging from 3 to 6 months.
Are pets welcome at the community, and what is your pet policy?
The Harrison at Braselton is a pet friendly community with a max of two pets per home with a nonrefundable fee of $350 for 1 pet and $350 for an additional pet.The monthly pet rent is $20 per pet. Weight limit of 100 lbs. Breed Restrictions Apply. Shepherds, Dobermans, Rottweiler, Pitbull, Chow, Bull Mastiff, Wolf-dogHybrid, Great Dane, St. Bernard and any mixes of these breeds. Other pets that are restricted: Ferrets, Reptiles, Tarantulas, and Rodents.

Residents will find commuting from the community very convenient. The property is located less than 10 minutes from major employers and hospitals, makingwork and healthcare easily accessible. Downtown Braselton is just 20 minutes away, while the Mall of Georgia is only 15 minutes from the community, providingquick access to shopping, dining, and entertainment.
What amenities are offered on-site (such as pool, fitness center, clubhouse, or coworking space)?
On-site amenities include a saltwater pool, a 24-hour fitness center, a clubhouse, a car care center, and a dog run, providing convenience and recreation for allresidents.
What parking options are available, including garages, guest parking, or EV charging stations?
Parking at the community is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, garages are available for rent for residents seeking a dedicated parking space.
Are there laundry facilities in the units or on-site?
All of our units come equipped with full-size washers and dryers, providing the convenience of in-home laundry for every resident.
Are utilities included in the rent, and which services are residents responsible for?
Utilities are not included in the base rent; however, residents pay monthly fees for services such as valet trash, pest control, water/sewer, and package locker access.Residents are responsible for setting up electricity through Jackson EMC, and cable/internet services can be arranged with AT&T or Comcast.
Do apartments include modern appliances, patios/balconies, or extra storage space?
Yes, our apartments feature modern stainless steel appliances, spacious patios or balconies, and granite countertops. Select units also offer additional storagespace conveniently located on the patio.

The Harrison at Braselton offers a convenient location with Aldi just steps away and Kroger and Publix only minutes from the property. Yes! We host monthly resident events to foster a vibrant community atmosphere, and residents can also enjoy a variety of events and activities organized by the Cityof Braselton throughout the year.
How can I apply for an apartment, and what documents or fees are required?
Applications can be completed online through our website. Applicants will need to submit proof of income, which can include one month of pay stubs, threemonths of bank statements, or the most recent year’s W-2. The application fee is $85 per applicant, and there is a one-time administrative fee of $175.
What are the move-in costs, and is a security deposit required?
Move-in costs include the security deposit, which is determined by the screening results, as well as prorated rent and applicable utilities based on your move-indate.
Is renters’ insurance mandatory, and what coverage is recommended?
Yes, renters’ insurance is required for all residents. A minimum of $300,000 in personal liability coverage is mandatory. We recommend using our preferredprovider, Homebody, for convenience, but residents are welcome to obtain coverage from any insurance company they choose.
What happens if I need to move out early or break my lease?
If you need to move out early or break your lease, a written 60-day notice is required. An early termination fee equal to two months' rent will apply, and anyconcessions received must also be paid back.
How do I submit maintenance requests, and how quickly are they typically resolved?
Maintenance requests can be submitted through the Resident Portal and are typically completed within 24–48 hours. We also provide 24-hour emergencymaintenance for urgent issues.
